Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day and night shifts available; 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratios

Highlights:

• Work in a 16-bed Labor and Delivery unit at a highly-awarded Magnet-designated facility recognized as one of America's 50 Best Hospitals
• Provide care for high-risk deliveries, vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and immediate newborn care using advanced fetal monitoring technology
• Utilize Cerner EMR system and Phillips electronic fetal monitoring equipment
• Collaborate with a team of 120 staff members including charge nurses, PCTs, CSTs, and RNs
• Float opportunities to Maternal Fetal Medicine, Maternity, and NICU units
• Scrubs provided; weekend and on-call requirements available upon approval

Requirements:

• Active RN license in North Carolina or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• High-risk obstetrical experience required
• Immediate newborn care experience required
• Current NRP, BLS/ACLS, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications
• Circulating experience preferred
