Location: Terre Haute, Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week; self-scheduling with day shifts (0700-1930) or night shifts (1900-0730); 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule (Days: Sat/Sun; Nights: Fri/Sat)

Highlights:

• 36-bed critical care unit (24 beds actively utilized) with 1:2 patient ratios, occasionally up to 1:3
• Diverse case mix including respiratory, trauma, neurology, cardiac, renal, and OB patients
• Cerner EMR system in an acute care setting
• Flexible self-scheduling model with day or night shift options
• Private patient rooms for enhanced care delivery
• Possible float to stepdown unit based on facility needs

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Critical care nursing experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (current and valid)
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility location
• BSN preferred but not required
