Job Opportunity – Case Management RN – Georgia

Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends, no call required

Highlights:

• Focus on discharge planning, care coordination, and utilization review for adult and geriatric populations
• Daily census of 20-25 patients with emphasis on monitoring length of stay and removing discharge barriers
• Work with Medicare regulatory guidelines including patient choice, IMM notices, and MOONS
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure treatment plans are initiated, evaluated, and re-evaluated daily
• Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or call requirements
• Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed

Requirements:

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 3 years of Case Management experience; first-time travelers not accepted
• Previous travel experience required
• BLS certification current and valid
• Strong knowledge of discharge planning, concurrent review, medical necessity, and utilization review criteria including InterQual and Milliman Guidelines
• Experience with DRG coding, CPT billing, ICD-10 coding, and CMS guidelines
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems required
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date
