Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Virginia

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day and night shifts available. Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 12 RNs, and 2-3 surgical techs. Night shift includes 1 charge nurse, 6-7 RNs, and 1 surgical tech. AWHONN patient ratios maintained (1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 based on acuity).

Requirements:

• Current Labor & Delivery experience (within the previous 2 years)
• Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring certification (current)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Preferred: Experience at facilities with 3,000+ births per year
• Must be comfortable with labor, delivery, recovery, triage, antepartum care, circulating for C-sections, first-hour baby care, and breastfeeding assistance
