Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Schedule: Every other weekend required; scheduling based on departmental needs with flexibility across all ED sections

Requirements:

• Active RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in Emergency Department setting
• Experience in Level 2 Trauma Center and high-volume ED (100,000+ visits annually) preferred
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required prior to start date
• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
• Previous HCA experience preferred
• Strong teamwork mentality with ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback
