Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with self-scheduling options; 4-week schedule increments with minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule period

Highlights:

• 20-bed Trauma Intensive Care Unit with complex, high-acuity patient population
• Patient ratios of 2:1, with 1:1 assignments based on acuity level
• Advanced critical care equipment including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, EV 1000, and traction devices
• Meditech electronic medical record system
• Exposure to advanced procedures: central line insertions, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions
• Collaborative environment with self-scheduling flexibility and balanced shift distribution

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• ICU nursing experience required
• Trauma experience strongly preferred
• Navy scrubs (tops and bottoms) required
