Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Wisconsin

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day/Evening shifts, 12-hour shifts (6:40 AM - 7:10 PM), every Friday, Saturday, Sunday. No call required. Holiday coverage required if holiday falls on weekend. First week orientation: five 8-hour shifts (6:40 AM - 3:10 PM), followed by regular weekend schedule.

• Exposure to emergency cases, hybrid OR procedures, and Da Vinci robotic surgery
• Multidisciplinary team environment with diverse surgical specialties

Requirements:

• Active RN License required
• BLS Certification (AHA only) required
• Minimum two years of acute care OR experience within the last three years
• Strong experience required in neuro, ortho, transplant (kidney/liver), trauma, and vascular surgery
• Epic charting system experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Level I or Level II trauma experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Must be willing to float/circulate to all service lines including trauma and emergency cases
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must pass telemetry competency exam with strict criteria (two attempts permitted)
• Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
