Description
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Thornton, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6:1 patient ratio
Highlights:
- 26-bed medical acute care unit with experienced charge nurses and support staff
- Day shift staffing model includes charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 3 patient care technicians
- Meditech EMR with Baxter IV pumps and standard medical equipment
- Diverse patient population including medical patients, post-operative radial cardiac cath, and select drip therapies including heparin
- 13-week travel assignment in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- Collaborative team culture focused on quality patient care
Requirements:
- Active Colorado RN license or multistate compact license
- Minimum 1 year current Medical/Surgical acute care hospital experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Strong work ethic with high energy and team-oriented personality
