Location: Terre Haute, Indiana

Schedule: 3x12 hour night shifts; Every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts per month required

Highlights:

• 32-bed Medical-Surgical unit with diverse patient population including general surgical, stepdown trauma, and oncology overflow
• Manageable nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1 with support from PCTs and unit secretaries during day shifts
• Electronic Medical Record system: Cerner
• Orientation starts every Monday with structured onboarding process
• Floating limited to units within scope of practice (Med-Surg or stepdown units)
• Holiday requirement: 2 of 4 major holidays

Requirements:

• Active Indiana RN license or Compact state license
• Current BLS Certification required
• Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred
• BSN not required
• Must be available to start on scheduled orientation date
