Schedule: Every other weekend required; flexible scheduling to meet department needs; no external floating (rotation within all Emergency Department sections)

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina RN license or multi-state compact licensure
• Minimum 2 years of registered nursing experience with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting
• 1+ year experience in a Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, or high-volume Emergency Department (100,000+ visits)
• Current certifications required before start date: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS
• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
• Strong teamwork mentality with ability to coach and provide real-time feedback
• Flexibility to work across all sections of the Emergency Department
