Schedule: Variable schedule; weekend and call requirements to be discussed during interview

Highlights:

• Diverse surgical service lines including Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics
• Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Floating within facility scope of practice and to outpatient areas as needed
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract
• Adult and geriatric patient populations

Requirements:

• 4 years of Operating Room experience required prior to travel assignments
• Must have recent experience in Neurology, Transplant (solid organ), General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedic surgical procedures
• Minimum 3 years of experience; first-time travelers not accepted
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Georgia or Compact State RN license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Skills must include: arthroscopy, craniotomy, laminectomy, lumbar fusion, ALIF, XLIF, total joint replacement, cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair, colon resection, kidney/liver/pancreas transplant procedures, thyroidectomy, Whipple procedure, hysterectomy, D&C, tubal ligation, and other laparoscopic procedures
