Description
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Variable schedule; weekend and call requirements to be discussed during interview
Highlights:
- Diverse surgical service lines including Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics
- Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
- Floating within facility scope of practice and to outpatient areas as needed
- Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract
- Adult and geriatric patient populations
Requirements:
- 4 years of Operating Room experience required prior to travel assignments
- Must have recent experience in Neurology, Transplant (solid organ), General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedic surgical procedures
- Minimum 3 years of experience; first-time travelers not accepted
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Georgia or Compact State RN license required at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Skills must include: arthroscopy, craniotomy, laminectomy, lumbar fusion, ALIF, XLIF, total joint replacement, cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair, colon resection, kidney/liver/pancreas transplant procedures, thyroidectomy, Whipple procedure, hysterectomy, D&C, tubal ligation, and other laparoscopic procedures

Additional Information:
- All time off requests must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule changes permitted after offer acceptance
- Holiday blackout dates apply: November 23-29 and December 21-January 3; no holiday time off requests approved during assignment period
- Full compliance required prior to start date; incomplete compliance may result in start date delay
- Orientation hours are non-billable and determined by contract length
- Local candidates accepted at same rate
