Job Opportunity – Step-Down RN – Northeast Ohio

Start Date: August 28, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week. Every other holiday required. Potential to float to similar units caring for the same patient population.

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact state license required at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months combined permanent experience in Step-Down nursing (travel experience accepted)
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Managerial reference from specialty area within the past 12 months required
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• BCI/FBI background clearance (fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing)
