Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3x12 or 4x12 format; includes 3 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period

Highlights:

• 34-bed medical-surgical unit with telemetry capabilities serving adult patient populations
• Nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-7, supported by interdisciplinary teams including IV therapy, respiratory services, rapid response, and pharmacy
• 13-week contract with possibility for extension
• EMR system: Cerner
• Orientation provided with clinical nurse coordinators supporting every shift and active nurse manager engagement
• Dynamic care environment treating a wide range of acute medical conditions with comprehensive support staff

Requirements:

• Active RN License (West Virginia or Compact state); pending licenses accepted for submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (American Heart Association preferred)
• Experience with telemetry, medical-surgical patient care, and nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:6 or higher
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system preferred
• Two professional references from managers or charge nurses within the past 2 years
• Permanent address at least 75 miles from facility location
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Reliable attendance required; professional commitment to scheduled shifts expected
