Location

• Martinsburg, West Virginia

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• 48 hours per week
• Every other weekend
• Holidays may be required based on unit needs

Unit Overview

• Telemetry/stepdown-type unit with two floors
• Patient ratios: 1:5 on days and nights
• Rare floating may occur to ICU overflow telemetry or Ortho/MedSurg

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Unexpired driver’s license must be submitted
• Driver’s license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility

Experience Notes

• First-time travelers are accepted

Clinical Setting

• Hospitalist in-house 24/7
• Respiratory therapy in-house 24/7
• Pharmacy in-house 24/7
• No IV team

Additional Considerations

• Previous permanent staff must have been away for 2 years
• Previous travelers who worked there for 1 full year must have been away for 2 years
• Background issues must be disclosed at submission
• Only one submission at a time is allowed across the system
• Up to 2 candidates may be submitted per opening
• Scrubs: navy blue
• Hair must be a natural color
• Distasteful tattoos must be covered
