Location: Pennsylvania

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 13-week assignment; flexible 36 or 48 hours per week available; every other weekend and every other holiday required; no on-call

Highlights:

• Dual-specialty experience required: Adult Critical Care and Emergency Department
• Work with advanced respiratory equipment including Hamilton G5, PB 980, Respironics V60, Optiflow, Lumis tx, CoughAssist, Vest, and IPV
• Epic charting system preferred; 12-hour orientation provided
• Multi-age patient population including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• First-time travelers welcome with appropriate clinical experience
• Collaborative environment with respiratory services and rapid response team support

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania state license required at time of submission
• Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist), BLS, and ACLS certifications required
• NRP and PALS certifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience with demonstrated Adult Critical Care and Emergency Department expertise
• Trauma Level I or Level II experience preferred
• Proficiency with mechanical ventilation, high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP/CPAP, arterial blood gas interpretation, intubation assistance, and airway management
• Pennsylvania fingerprinting and clearances required
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered); COVID-19 vaccination not required
