Job Opportunity – Operating Room RN – Transplant/GYN/Urology – Wisconsin

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day/Evening shifts, 12-hour shifts (0640-1910) three times weekly with potential for one 0940-2210 shift biweekly. Weekend rotation and weekday call requirement. 17 to 21 week assignment available.

Highlights:

• Specialized focus on kidney transplant, pancreas transplant, urology, and gynecologic oncology procedures
• Advanced robotic surgery experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System for urological and gynecological cases
• Diverse case mix including nephrectomy, HOLEP, cystectomy, ureteroscopy, hysterectomy, anterior/posterior repair, and organ procurement
• Epic charting system utilized throughout facility
• Magnet-designated teaching and referral center recognized as a leading academic medical institution
• Two approved time-off requests permitted during assignment

Requirements:

• Active RN License required
• BLS Certification required (AHA only)
• Minimum two years of acute care operating room experience within the last three years
• Required experience in urology, gynecology/oncology, kidney transplant, pancreas transplant, and robotic surgery
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must successfully complete cardiac interpretation testing prior to start with strict passing criteria
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from facility
