Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN – Pennsylvania

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Pennsylvania

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement; no on-call; no floating; 24-hour orientation provided

• Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit serving adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• 6:1 patient ratio with comprehensive telemetry monitoring and cardiac care

• Strong interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or multi-state compact license
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience required
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Proficiency in cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, IV starts and management, PICC line care, cardiac drip management, post-cardiac catheterization care, wound care, and high-flow nasal cannula
• Experience with accessing/managing ports, heparin protocols, PCA pumps, surgical drains, and various oxygen delivery systems
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Pennsylvania state fingerprinting and clearances required prior to start
