Job Opportunity – Stepdown Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: September 25, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, rotating day/night schedule (7:00am–7:30pm / 7:00pm–7:30am). Potential to float to similar stepdown units as needed to support patient care continuity. Holiday coverage required at least every other holiday.

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license or current Compact State license in hand at time of application
• Minimum 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty (preferred within one location, but combined experience accepted)
• Minimum 18 months recent Stepdown experience (travel experience accepted); PCU/Progressive Care experience preferred
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• At least one professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from an assignment within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Successfully pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Completion of BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
