Description
Location: Austin, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour swing shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), 13-week contract, includes 1 weekday overnight call per weekHighlights:
- 450-bed acute care facility with a robust ultrasound department supporting diverse imaging needs
- Perform a variety of studies including vascular, OB, TCD, and general ultrasound exams
- Work with state-of-the-art GE equipment in a collaborative 7-person team environment
- EMR system: Meditech
- Mix of routine exams and emergency department patients for varied case experience
- Opportunity for permanent placement upon successful contract completion
- Active Ultrasound Technologist license
- Proficiency in vascular ultrasound, OB, and general sonography required
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with vascular imaging strongly preferred
- Professional, friendly, and personable demeanor with excellent patient interaction skills
