Job Opportunity – Cardiac Catheterization Lab Technologist – Georgia

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Snellville, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend coverage. Call requirements include 12-15 days per month and 2 weekend days (Saturday/Sunday). Late stay coverage as needed. Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract.

Highlights:

• Work in a 3-room cardiac catheterization lab with 5 beds, serving an average daily census of 8-10 patients
• Diverse procedural case mix including diagnostic cath, PCI, orbital atherectomy, IABP, Impella, and device implants (no EP studies or ablations)
• Epic EMR system with additional experience in Merge preferred; GE Discovery, IABP, Impella, and CSI equipment utilized
• Treat adult to geriatric patient populations with rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring expertise
• Floating opportunities within department and facility, with potential to support sister campus locations
• Holiday rotation based on assignment length; orientation hours provided based on contract duration

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience required; previous travel experience required
• Active BLS, ACLS, and one of the following: RCIS, RCES, or ARRT CV certification
• Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Proficiency in Epic charting system required
• Experience with EKG settings, obtaining vitals, rhythm interpretation, and sinus node rhythms required; pacemaker experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with GE Discovery, IABP, Impella, and CSI systems required
• Full compliance documentation must be completed prior to start date; all items due Tuesday before scheduled start
