Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery / Mother-Baby – Alabama

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Alabama

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time assignment supporting peak period staffing needs

Requirements:

• Active Alabama RN license or current multi-state compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in Level 1 Nursery, Postpartum, OB/GYN, and Labor & Delivery/LDRP settings
• Experience must include OB/GYN post-operative care (hysterectomy), antepartum care, triage, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN (must be through American Heart Association)
• Fetal monitoring certification (renewed every two years)
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills with ability to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families
