Schedule: 4x12 hour shifts, every other weekend, holiday rotation required

Highlights:

• Comprehensive respiratory care across multiple patient populations including NICU, pediatric acute care, and adult acute care
• Float between units to gain diverse clinical experience with neonates, pediatrics, and adults
• Engage in high-risk deliveries and provide critical airway management and ventilator support
• Utilize advanced equipment including Hamilton G5 ventilators and Philips V60 devices
• Work with Cerner electronic medical record system (preferred)
• 72 hours of orientation provided to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements:

• Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist License (must be in hand prior to submission)
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience required
• Recent NICU experience strongly preferred with willingness to float to adult populations
• Must be willing to float between NICU, pediatric acute care, and adult acute care settings
• First-time travelers accepted; travel experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Two supervisor references required
