• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,930 - $2,030
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 12-hour days
• Shifts per Week: 3

Job Requirements – ICU RN / Critical Care Nurse

• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required (ICU RN or critical care nurse)
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and critical care nursing skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for multidisciplinary ICU care

Responsibilities – ICU Registered Nurse

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered critical care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Continuously monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment and ventilators
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based care plans
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and transitions of care
