Job Details

Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid RN license for Iowa
- Certifications:
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association) – required for RNs in critical care areas
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – required for RNs in Birth Center
- AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring certification
- Other Requirements:
- License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
- Fit Test
- Specialty exam completed within the last year
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (within last year)
- Trinity-specific forms and agreements (Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Integrity and Audit Services, Non-Employee Upload Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, NSO, System Access Form)
- Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
- Trinity Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam within a year)
- Trinity Skills Checklist (clinical contractors)
- Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only)
- Iowa Sing Report (Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries check)
- Trinity OFAC screening (within 30 days of start)
Immunizations and Health Requirements
- COVID-19 Vaccine (booster proof, declination or exemption with agency letterhead; declination not accepted for CA or IL)
- MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
- Hepatitis B (must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted)
- Influenza Vaccine (proof of vaccine, declination or exemption; declination not accepted for CA or IL)
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
- Varicella (proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer)
- Tdap (current, non-expired; declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)
- 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start; no THC)
Experience
