Description

Registered Nurse - Care Coordinator

Location: Santa Cruz, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), every other week first to float
Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license
2 years of experience as a Care Coordinator RN
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification

Job Details

Role focused on care coordination
Scheduled for day shifts with extended 12-hour hours
Floating responsibilities every other week during the first shift period
