Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Must have 2 years of OR (Operating Room) experience in a busy OR department.
- EPIC experience is required.
- Work schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 06:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
- On-call requirement: one night every 2 weeks and one weekend every 6 weeks.
- Workday hours may extend depending on case load.
Required Qualifications
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- DCI/BVP
Education & Experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OR - Operating Room experience (2 years), including experience within the last year
- Experience with Epic
