CT Technologist Position - Columbus, Ohio

Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Fit Test
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if TB positive (per regional guidelines)
• COVID-19 Vaccine proof (including booster through September 2025), declination or exemption accepted except in CA and IL
• MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer lab report
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted)
• Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer lab report
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work within the last year
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (specific substances required)
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) clearance within 30 days
• National Sex Offender Registry (NSO) check within 30 days
• Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services forms
• Trinity Profile submission including resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
• Joint Commission CORE exam within the past year
• Specialty skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
• Trinity I9 form completed by agency
• Color vision verification

Additional Notes

• All required documents must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding as specified.
• Declinations for vaccines are not accepted in California or Illinois.
• Hepatitis B titers are not accepted; vaccination documentation is mandatory.
• Drug screen panel includes methadone, phencyclidine, benzodiazepines, cocaine, propoxyphene, amphetamines, opiates, 6-acetyl morphine, methaqualone, and barbiturates.

This position is suitable for CT Technologists seeking a long-term assignment with a consistent four-day evening shift schedule. Compliance with all listed health, legal, and professional requirements is mandatory for onboarding.
