Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Night shift, Friday through Sunday
• Hours: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license or certification as applicable for the role
• American Heart Association BLS certification (current, with front and back card images)
• Specialty exam completed within the last year
• Fit Test certification
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test (with regional timing requirements for chest x-ray if positive)
• Proof of vaccinations or valid exemptions for:

  • COVID-19 (booster required by Sept 2025, declination not accepted in CA or IL)
  • MMR (2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
  • Hepatitis B (vaccination series required; titers not accepted)
  • Varicella (1 vaccination or IgG titer)
• Influenza vaccine is optional but recommended (declination accepted except in CA or IL)
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within the last year)
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (specific substances required)

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Criminal background check (Federal, Nationwide, County) covering last 7 years, including SSN verification and all known aliases, dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification (highest level of academic education or diploma/GED)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
• GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including statewide checks for Michigan
• Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services forms within 30 days prior to start
• Trinity system access form completed and uploaded one week before start
• License/certificate verification dated within 30 days of start (including online verification with machine-generated date)

Additional Requirements

• Resume and skills checklist within the last year
• Two professional references
• Trinity Skills Checklist provided by the agency for clinical contractors
• Standard I9 verification completed by the agency
• Color vision test

Notes

• All documentation and certifications must be uploaded to the vendor management system prior to or at onboarding as specified
• Declinations for vaccines are not accepted in California or Illinois for certain immunizations
• Hepatitis B titers will NOT be accepted in lieu of vaccination proof
