Schedule
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
- On call: 1x per month
Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist experience with 1 year of experience
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Role Overview
- Entry-level CT technologist role under immediate to general supervision and mentorship
- Supports diagnostic, interventional, and/or surgical procedures for adult and pediatric patients
- Works in a variety of care settings, including acute inpatient facilities, outpatient physician practices, diagnostic/urgent care centers, and remote statewide outreach clinics
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with ordered exams
- Use specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment and techniques to perform procedures
- Complete post-procedure review and ensure documentation and technical quality meet protocol and accreditation standards
- Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
- Perform quality control, cleaning, high-level disinfecting, and routine equipment maintenance
- Participate in continuing education, professional development, and research activities

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with records, names, numbers, and codes
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under stress, and work with minimal supervision
- Professional, courteous communication with patients, families, and staff
- Sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and initiative
Education
- Required: Graduation from an accredited cardiovascular or radiologic technology program
- Preferred: Associate’s degree or higher
