Description

*** Acute Care RN Case Manager – 40hrs. Days ***
Must have Acute Care Case Management experience.
** FREE on-site Parking **
Shift: Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm
Unit Name: Case Management – RN Case Manager.
Brief Unit Description: Coverage for inpatient medical/surgical patients.
Years of Experience Required: 3+ years.
Skill Sets Required: Acute Care Hospital Case Management, Utilization Management, and Discharge Planning.
Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1:15.
Patient Population: Adult.
Bed Count: 200.
EMR (Charting System): EPIC.
Floating Required: Yes.
Rotating Shifts Required: No.
Certifications Required: Active Massachusetts RN License. BLS & Certified Case Manager Certification preferred.
Additional Information: Weekend commitment – up to every other weekend.
