Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an ICU setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications a plus)
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress
• Administer medications and manage advanced life-support equipment
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and respiratory therapists
• Educate and support patients and their families
• Uphold rigorous standards for patient safety and quality of care

$2,275 - $2,406/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
