Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Lafayette, Indiana.

**Required Experience/Qualifications:** - Years of Experience: 1 year required; 18 months experience preferred with possible exceptions depending on the unit - Must have solid Neuro experience - Will take MS/Tele or PCU RNs **Certifications Required:** - ACLS - BLS - NIHSS **Licensure:** - Must have Indiana state, compact, or Indiana temporary license in hand prior to the start date - Pending License accepted **Preferred Skills/Experience:** - Charting System Experience: Preferred with Cerner - Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Blood Product Administration, Central Line Care/Management, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Heparin Protocols, Interpretation of Dysrhythmias, IV Insulin Protocols, Cardiac Drip Management (no titration), Vasoactive Drip Management (no titration), Management of Dysrhythmias, Monitoring Chemotherapy, MS/Tele, Non-invasive Airway Management, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Post Cardiac Angiogram, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Starting and Maintaining IVs, Telemetry, Titrate Cardiac Drips, Titration of Insulin Drips, Amio and Cardizem Drip, Post Watchman and Ablation **Preferred Education:** - Traveler's University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation **Supervision and References:** - 2 supervisor references required **Other Requirements:** - Floating is 100% required of all travelers within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s nearby - Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays - Background Policy: Approval required prior to offer **Exclusions and Conditions:** - In-state residents are considered local and are not accepted for MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, and ER positions. Local Rules apply, with exceptions for Surgical Services positions, Allied positions, and IU Clinics.
