Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on June 1, 2026.

**Required Experience and Skills:** - Minimum 2 years of nursing experience. - EPIC charting system experience. - Cardiac Tele experience required. - Focus on the cardiac patient (Congestive Heart Failure, rule-out myocardial infarction, Acute Coronary Syndrome, Arrhythmias). - Secondary focus on respiratory problems (e.g., COPD, pneumonia). - Skills: BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Blood Product Administration, Cardiac Telemetry, Central line care/management, Feeding tube care and management, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath care, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Telemetry, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titration of Insulin drips, TR Band, CVP monitoring, Dysrhythmia Interpretation/EKG test. **Required Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). - BLS (Basic Life Support). - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only). - Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only). **Preferred Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience. **Licensure:** - License in hand required with submission. **Additional Requirements:** - All RNs must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam, with two attempts allowed. - Education verification through a third party is required. - Facility will not accept education from schools listed on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list. - Facility will not accept any open cases on the background check. - No locals accepted; must adhere to a 50-mile local radius rule. - All travelers are subject to float to any Cone Health campus if needed.
