Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Lafayette, Indiana.
This assignment lasts 12.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on July 28, 2026.

Job Details:

**Required Experience:** - Minimum of 18 months of experience. **Certifications Required:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NIH Preferred (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Licensure:** - In-state license required and must be in hand prior to start date. - Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted. **Skills and Qualifications:** - Telemetry, IV Start, Cardiac & Vasoactive drips, BiPAP, High Flow Oxygen. - Experience with Level I, II, III, or IV. - Charge Nurse Experience is preferred. - Conscious Sedation is preferred. - Proficiency in Cerner charting system is preferred. **Additional Experience:** - Experience in managing cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration. - Competency in central line care/management, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), interpretation of dysrhythmias, and pre/post cardiac catheterization care. **Travel Compliance:** - SSN and DOB required at time of submittal. - Two supervisor references required. - Locals (IN residents) not accepted for MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, and ER positions. - Accredited University by ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation required. **Floating and Shifts:** - Clinicians will float within scope to meet facility needs. - Guaranteed hours vary based on shift. **Special Requirements:** - Strong experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, heparin protocols, IV insulin protocols, management of dysrhythmias, peripheral line care/management, titration of insulin drips, tracheostomy care/management, use of rapid response/code teams, post watchman and ablation care. - Experience in Post Cardiac Angiogram. - Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
