**Required Experience and Skills:** - A minimum of 2 years LDRP experience (Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery). - EPIC experience within the last 18 months is mandatory, and it must be detailed on the profile. **Preferred Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience. - Community Hospital Experience. **Certifications and Licensure:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) Advanced, Beginner, and Intermediate - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - Active compact or TN license required at time of submission. **Patient Care Skills and Responsibilities:** - Administration of blood & blood products - Amnioinfusion - Antepartum care - APGAR scores - Assist with Circumcision/Assess site post-op - Assist with high-risk delivery and sterile speculum exams - Assist with vaginal delivery - Breastfeeding Support/lactation support - Couplet Care - Labor & Delivery - LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) - Level I Nursery care - Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome care - Newborn Assessment and hypoglycemia management - Use of EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring) and Internal Fetal Monitoring **Compliance and Submission Details:** - SSN and DOB required at time of submission. - All RTO (Request Time Off) must be disclosed at time of submission. - Two supervisory references are required at the time of submission. - Epic competency exam must be passed for compliance. - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required; exemptions available only for medical or religious reasons.
