- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2410-$2580
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts with on-call rotation (weeknights, weekends, holidays)
- Call Frequency: 1-2 nights during the week and 1 weekend per month

Cath Lab RN Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in critical care or cardiac nursing
- Cardiovascular intervention experience required
- Active Wisconsin or Compact Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Successful completion of EKG test
- National Institute of Healthcare Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Cath Lab RN Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process and critical thinking to deliver patient-centered cardiac care
- Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluation of care in the cath lab
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to hospital policies
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Educate and support patients and families regarding cardiac procedures
- Participate in department and unit performance improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other healthcare units and departments
- Manage complex cardiac situations and delegate tasks appropriately
- Engage in ongoing professional development and continuous learning
