Physical Therapist – HIRING!

Job Details:
Weekly Gross: $2,800.00
Portland,OR

13-week contract
Setting: Homehealth

Requirements:
Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience
Active Occupational Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred) from an accredited program

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #26-20932. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
