Pros
Study opportunities after 6months, good environment, WIN contract (similar to Baylor). They were very reasonable regarding waiting for the employee starting time
Cons
Staff personal has a points policy, and if you get late, or clock out early you lose those points, and it could result in administrative punishments. You cannot change units before the first year, unless the hospital decides that they need you somewhere else. It seems that travels had more benefits than staff, and staff are outnumbered. They said that the ratio was 1:4 in med surg, and in the real life it is 1:6.
