Patient Ratios: 2/1 or 1/1 (occasionally 3/1 depending on acuity)

Minimum Experience Requirements

ICU experience required

Preferred:

CCRN, IABP, Impella, and CRRT appreciated

Required Skills

Titration of Vesicant Meds, Familiarity with Pressors, Sedation, Paralytics, experience with Vents, Trachs, telemetry interpretation, Understanding of Hemodynamics and PA Catheter set up and interpretation

Preferred Skills

Advanced skills: IABP, Impella, CRRT

Scrubs:

All Navy or Navy and White, no pullovers or hoodies, no green scrubs except when uniform is soiled at work
