- At least 1 reference required with nurse profile
- Copy of Nursys License
- APHON Chemo certificate required
Position details
- BLS, PALS Required
- Strong Inpatient Pediatric Nurse (2+ years of experience).
- APHON Chemo certificate required.
- EPIC/Cerner experience preferred.
- Previous oncology experience preferred.
- Dosage Calculation Test (Friday of first week of orientation, retake on the following Monday). *If they are unsuccessful in passing with 80 or higher, they will not be able to continue with her contract.
- ALL nurses will also take an EKG exam on Monday (the first day of orientation). If unsuccessful, they will have a second attempt on Wednesday afternoon of week one.
- Failure to successfully pass these exams will result in termination of their contract.
