MRI Technician - Pennsylvania (Langhorne)

Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Schedule: Every other weekend required, no holidays

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist (2 years of experience)
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Current license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start.
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC).
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption/declination.
• Proof of Influenza vaccination or approved exemption/declination.
• Proof of MMR vaccination or immunity.
• Proof of Varicella vaccination or immunity.
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start.
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA TB test with chest x-ray if positive (per regional requirements).
• Physical/health statement confirming fitness to work within the last year.
• Color vision test.
• Fit test.
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year.
• Trinity Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, and other professional compliance forms signed and on file.
• Criminal background checks including federal, nationwide, and county for the last 7 years, plus SSN verification.
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) dated within 30 days of start.
• Education verification of highest academic level.
• Exclusion screenings (EPLS, OIG, NSO) dated within 30 days.
• System access form completed one week before start.
• State and department-specific fingerprinting.
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance and Pennsylvania Access to Criminal History (PATCH) completed within 30 days of start.
• Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.

Additional Notes

• All required documents must be uploaded and verified in the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding.
• Weekend work is every other weekend; no holiday shifts required.
