Physical Therapist Travel Job – Florida, Miami
Job Overview
- Position: Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel assignment
- Location: Miami, Florida
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Work Hours: 36 hours per week
- Unit: Rehab Department
- Facility Type: Inpatient Rehab Facility (35 beds) and Acute Rehab (488 beds)
- Patient Ratios:
- Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF): 1:4
- Acute Rehab: 1:12
- Outpatient: 1:10
- Shift: Day shift (no night shift)
- Documentation Systems: Meditech (IRF and Acute), NetHealth (Outpatient)
- Equipment: Rehab equipment
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Florida
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
Work Environment & Dress Code
- Staffing: Approximately 80 staff members including PT, OT, and ST
- Dress Code: Scrubs in gray or black
