Case Manager
Overview
- Location: Eureka, California
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours (8:00–16:30)
- Hours per week: 40
- Specialty: Case Management
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Case Management (2 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart Stroke Foundation
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Acute Care experience
Schedule & Work Expectations
- Every other weekend required
- Call not required
- Floating between like units may be required based on need
- Local candidates accepted
- First-time travelers accepted with clinical approval

- Charting system: Epic
- Free parking on the first day; assignment parking is provided during orientation
- Housing support is available if needed, including help finding housing and realtor assistance
