Oncology Clinic Nurse
Location
- Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

- Monday–Friday
- 40 hours per week

Setting
- Outpatient cancer clinic
- Fast-paced medical hematology/oncology clinic
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Oncology (1 year of experience)
- Oncology experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Triage patient phone calls
- Respond to MyChart messages
- Enter physician orders, including labs and diagnostics
- Follow up on treatment plans
- Coordinate genetic testing and diagnostics
- Provide patient education related to chemotherapy
- Work with infusion and radiation teams to coordinate care
- Support physicians and APPs
- Track INR patients with labs and medications
- Follow iron infusion patients
