Overview

Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (CT)
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Current and valid state ID or driver’s license
- Current state license in unencumbered status
- Background check
- Drug screen
- Skills checklist current within the last year
- Employment application covering the last 5 years of employment
- Education verification
- Photo for badge
- Orientation welcome attestation
- Confidentiality and security obligations acknowledgment
- Fit test within 1 year prior to start
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
- MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
- Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Tdap documentation
- Flu vaccination or approved facility exemption
- COVID documentation preferred
