RN - PCU
Overview
- Travel RN position in Kansas City, Missouri
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
- Unit: Stroke & Brain
- Patient ratio: 4:1
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, including 3–4 weekend shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
- Cardiac drips experience
- Basic dysrhythmia experience
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
- Stroke experience
- Telemetry experience
Preferred / Requested Experience
- Cardiac drips
- Telemetry experience
- Neurology experience
Unit Details
- 16-bed unit
- Tech support available
- Floating may occur to areas where competency has been demonstrated
- Required uniform: navy blue
