MS/Tele Float

Job Overview

Travel/contract RN role in Saint Louis, Missouri
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
Start date is approximately 3–4 weeks out, depending on compliance
First-time travelers are accepted
Local candidates are not accepted; 75-mile radius rule applies
Pending license is accepted

Schedule and Assignment Details

Every other weekend is required, or at least 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
Holiday rotation is required
Floating is required within scope to medical, surgical, renal, oncology, neuro, and cardiology units
Block scheduling is not available
Guaranteed hours are 3 shifts per 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS
IV
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

NIH certification

Ratios are 1:5–6 on days and weekends, and 1:6 on nights
Special equipment/skills mentioned: lift devices, ceiling lifts, and bladder scanner
