CT Tech - Radiology (Travel)

Location: Denver, Colorado
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Unit Information

Setting: Emergency Radiology Department
Number of Beds: 11
Staff: 4 total (Day shift: 1 CT/XR technologist; Night shift: 1 CT/XR technologist)
Equipment: GE Revo Maxima, GE Def Tempo, GE AMX Navigate
EMR System: Meditech
Call Requirement: 5 shifts per month, each 24 hours

Schedule

Mixed shifts including days and nights
Example schedule:
- Monday 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Wednesday 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Typical Procedures

Emergency Room CT scans
X-Ray imaging

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (R)(CT) Certification
BLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working as a CT/XR technologist in a free-standing Emergency Department
Familiarity with Meditech EMR system

Ideal Candidate Attributes

Independent worker
Comfortable collaborating directly with nurses and physicians
