Primary Care RN

Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Kenosha, Wisconsin
  • 13-week assignment
  • Day shift, Monday–Friday, 5x8s
  • 40 hours per week
  • Start dates listed: 8/15, 8/24, 9/8, 9/12
  • Locals are accepted at a lower rate
  • Pending license is accepted

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Wisconsin
  • Clinic (1 year of experience)
  • Clinic experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Role Summary

  • Clinic-based family medicine RN role
  • Duties include phone triage, patient education, assisting with minor procedures, medication refills, medication prior authorizations, communicating diagnostic results, and transitional care management

Compliance / Onboarding

  • 7-year background check required within 1 year of start and updated annually
  • Wisconsin Caregiver Search required within 90 days of start
  • Physical exam required within 1 year of start
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
  • Drug screen required before start
  • Photo for badge required
  • Confidentiality statement must be signed before start
  • Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
  • 2 professional references required within 2 years of start
