Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Kentucky
- ARRT (R)
- ARRT (CT)
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- Radiology Technologist experience
Required Documents and Compliance
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation
- Background check covering the past 7 years
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Education verification
- State-specific KY Adult Caregiver Misconduct Registry search
- Primary source verification of state license
- Photo for badge
- Facility onboarding documents
- Physical exam
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire if there is a past positive TB history
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
